Yes, my house did get on tv (quite a few times, actually)... & Carmen's house, too.
I remember one time my dad brought us to some dinner dance thing with his rich doctor boss, and his kids asked me where I was from. "Baldwin... uhh, Hills," I replied. My family started laughing, and everyone else didn't have a clue why. Good times. Marcos Siega thought I was from Baldwin Hills, too. He didn't even know Baldwin Park existed. It was fun trying to explain to him where it is. Did you know Loma (the street I live on) means "small hill" in some foreign language? Just thought I'd share. Where's Amy when you need her? |
